EDITOR'S LETTER

Hi Mums,

January was a great month for Raemini. We launched our new Pregnancy Diaries feature and you loved it, we heard lots of real talk in #MumChat and we dived into some of the important parenting topics which are keeping us up at night.

Looking ahead, this month we’re exploring love in all its forms: friendships that sustain us, self-worth that shifts with motherhood, the power of choosing what actually works for your family, dating again after divorce, and the challenges of co-parenting.

We’re also taking a closer look at the mental load and how stress can affect our heart health. 

Speaking of stress, with all of the changes in education happening, it's becoming harder to know what's best for your family, so we'll be asking the experts for some much-needed guidance. 

Oh, and I hope you love our new recipe feature 'Everyday Comforts' with the lovely Laura Jones. Let me know if it's useful. 

My Picks of the Month:

• Soft play to try: Boo Boo Laand. My daughter and I spent an amazing day there, having fun and making memories together. It’s founded and run by a fellow Dubai mum – think soft play, but on an epic and more elevated scale.

• Where to eat: We've been loving the low key vibes at the Sunday family quiz and roast at McGettigans Ibn Battuta. 

• Big day out: Aquaventure followed by the all new Lost World Aquarium – we park up at the mall or Al Ittihad Park and get the monorail there just to add to the fun!

• Staycation vibes: Warner Bros Hotel (WB Abu Dhabi Curio) is fab for all the family and you get park access included in your rate.
