SHORT SUMMARY ABOUT YOU SO WE CAN LEARN MORE ABOUT YOU.

I’m Lia, co-founder of SYP. I’m passionate about wellness and conscious living, and my goal is to grow older healthy, strong, and full of energy so I can make the most of every moment with my family.

1. What’s one thing you wish you’d known before becoming a parent?

That you can’t “plan” your way through it. No matter how organized or self-aware you are, kids have a way of humbling every system you thought you had figured out.

2. What’s something you swore you’d never do as a parent but do now?

I swore I’d never bribe with snacks… yet here we are, three years later, trading dates and raisins for potty wins.

3. What was the BEST piece of parenting advice you’ve received?

That everything is a phase. The tough parts, the sleepless nights, the meltdowns, the clinginess. It all passes, and somehow you end up missing it... Also, slow down. Childhood isn’t a race, and neither is parenting.

4. Share with us your biggest “parenting fail” we promise no judgement here!

Underestimating how long it actually takes to leave the house with a toddler. They always have other plans… there’s always one more thing they want to grab or do before we leave.

5. How do you balance life?

Most days I don’t. I’ve learned to think of it less as balance and more as flow.

6. One parenting hack you’d like to share with us.

Snack + toy = sanity. Don't leave the house without having something your kid actually enjoys on hand. Just in case.

7. What do you hope your kids say about you when they’re older?

That I made them feel seen, safe, and loved. And that we laughed a lot.

8. 3 words that describe #MumLife to you

Messy, humbling, overwhelming… and somehow the most joyful thing.
