Conscious Collective // THE UAE’S FIRST KIDS BRAND TO OFFER RENTABLE CAPSULE WARDOBES

Conscious Collective is the UAE’s first kidswear brand where families can rent, buy, or reuse.

Reimagining childrenswear for modern families, Conscious Collective introduces the region's only rentable capsule wardrobes - designed to simplify the way parents shop, store, and sustain their children’s wardrobes for ages 6 months to 4 years.

Alongside their own label, they’ve brought together a curation of sustainable designers into their rental model, making conscious fashion both accessible and circular.

From October 2025, families will also be able to rent winter wardrobes— a first-of-its- kind service created for UAE parents travelling to colder destinations who are tired of buying, storing, and reselling warm clothing.

This season, Conscious Collective collaborates with British outdoor brand Töastie Wild Explorer, as seen in Harrods and Selfridges, to introduce thoughtfully designed outerwear into the rental collection aptly named “winter, without the waste”

.

Beyond rentals, Conscious Collective offers a traditional e-commerce store featuring curated sustainable labels and a considered preloved edit - giving families the freedom to rent, buy, or reuse as they choose.

With over 25 years of experience in the retail industry, Leanne Rogers has spent her career understanding what makes brands meaningful to customers. Her journey has taken her across global retail, and notably to Dubai, where in 2012 she was brought in as part of the opening team at Level Shoes in The Dubai Mall — one of the world’s most visionary luxury retail concepts.

But it was motherhood that brought a new perspective. As a mother of three, Leanne became acutely aware of the constant cycle of buying clothes her children would quickly outgrow, and the waste this created. The challenge wasn’t just personal — it reflected a global issue in fashion: overproduction, short lifespans, and overflowing landfills.

In 2024, with her professional expertise and personal passion aligning, Leanne founded Conscious Collective. Her vision was to reimagine childrenswear in the UAE by offering parents something that had never existed here before: rentable capsule wardrobes for kids. By combining rentals with curated collections from sustainable designers and a preloved edit, she created a conscious concept store designed to make sustainability accessible, practical, and inspiring for families.

For Leanne, Conscious Collective is more than a brand — it’s a movement shaped by her children, her career, and her belief that the way we dress the next generation can help protect the world they will inherit.

What began as simple ideas printed on organic cotton — “Save the Ocean” and “The Screen-Free Club” — evolved into something far greater than just T-shirts. Each design became a conversation starter, sparking meaningful dialogue within their community about environmental awareness, mindful consumption, and childhood in the digital age.

Those conversations have since inspired real- world action — shaping a new series of community initiatives that bring Conscious Collective’s values to life beyond the wardrobe.

The first of these launches in collaboration is with Vikings Surf School, a Dubai-based surf and ocean education school dedicated to teaching children water confidence, ocean safety, and respect for the sea through hands-on learning.

Together, they're building experiences that empower children to connect with nature and rediscover the simple joys of exploration.
